Because life is a continuous happening from moment to moment. Whereas the emotions are a part of the way of living life.
Live in the present moment and create emotions, instead of living in the emotions and trying to find life in it.
Because life is a continuous happening from moment to moment. Whereas the emotions are a part of the way of living life.
Hence emotions cannot capture the life (the ultimate truth), but can become one with life.

A desire is a wish to make something as one's self.
For instance, a wish to decorate myself with rose, a wish to eat chocolates, a wish to own a nice fancy car, a wish to get married to a beautiful girl and etc.
How does a desire happen?
When we are in a conscious state, our five sense organs constantly perceive the outer world things. So that, a thought naturally gets created. For example, when we see a rose, a thought immediately strikes in the mind " Wow! what a beautiful flower". Then it becomes a desire to pluck it out, so that it can be used for our own happiness.
But here, between an immediate thought and the desire, there is a space or gap.
Sense organs perceive something and end up simply with certain thought. It is its natural functionality. Then we are the one, who is creating a desire and most of the times we create desires unconsciously. Once the desire starts, a sense of incompleteness gets created as a byproduct of it. It makes us think that “If I get this, then I will be content and happy”.
Hence a desire creates an illusion of an incomplete and demands for the completeness. Because this is the basic nature of the desire, whether it is for the divine or for a simple chocolate.
So do we have to quit the desires?
Wanting to quit the desires can again become a desire. Can we really quit the desires and live?
Well !! The answer is a big no. Because life itself is a desire to exist.
Without a desire we cannot eat to maintain our body. When we forcefully close our nose and mouth, our body produces a strong desire and forces us to take a breath.
Then how come a desire is a cause of misery?
Desires create a belief or illusion of completeness when we fulfill it. So in order to experience that kick again and again, we keep on desiring something till the end of our life. Till the desire is inbound, we experience no problem at all. But when it becomes unrestricted or boundless or compulsive then it directly and indirectly disturbs the balance of our life and we think that we are loosing our freedom.
For example, a wish to play video games for certain time is absolutely fine, but wanting to play it all the time is an insanity. Hence we feel that, desires are the cause of misery and try to control it.
But the desire carries the life force itself. So we end up frustrated and energyless eventually.
Hence, instead of killing one desire by creating another desire, it is wise to become aware of the space between the thought and the desire.
Once we become aware of it, the desire vanishes by itself. Then we can clearly understand our needs without any deceptions and create a desire consciously to achieve it. Here is the end of suffering. This is what freedom is all about.
Many people think that becoming free from work, family or other stuffs is freedom. But, freedom is not something physical. It is just a psychological feeling that is experienced, when we do things on our own will or choice.
Therefore, we can always feel the freedom in our daily life by creating the desires consciously.

"Reality" is generally understood as, the world which consists of living and non living beings, that is made up of "Matter". As we all know, matter is the combination of molecules, molecules is the combination of atoms, atoms is the combination of the minute particles: electrons, protons and neutron.
But when we look at the matter closer than molecules and atoms, the true nature of the reality, according to the ideas of Buddhism are revealed, with the realm of Quantum reality.
The main ideas of Buddhism about the Reality are :
Let us try to understand the "Ideas of Buddhism" about "Reality" in parallel with the "Modern scientific understanding".
Reality from Emptiness:
What is Reality ?
According to Buddhism:
It was said by Buddha about the Reality that, "The mind is everything. All we are is the result of what we have thought".
The same was said by many mystic traditions that, the "Mind" is the center of reality. The idea of being world outside is because of our mind.
It was said in the "Bhagawad Gita" that "Yadh Bhavan Thadh Bhavathi", which means "What you mean by thinking, that happens".
That is why our mind is the sole responsible for our well-being.
The mind which emotes lower emotions is the root cause of all diseases. Hence with "Positive Affirmations", the mind becomes healthy and replicates the healthier vibrating physical body.
According to Modern Science:
The matter (made up of atoms) that we see and experience, exist both as a waveform (non material) and a particle form (Material). It exhibits dual nature, because of the electrons which are the minute particles of the atoms.
Wave/ Particle Duality:
The "Particle form" of an object, exhibit definite location within space and time. Whereas the "Wave form" of an object, can only be understood as being everywhere or one spreading throughout the entire universe.
Let us consider "Double Slit Experiment" to understand the dual nature of an object :
So when the electrons are observed, while passing through two slits, it is forming two bright lights in the background, as expected. If not observed then it is forming multiple bright lights in the background, as the nature of the wave.
Therefore, the matter which is made up of electrons, behave as a particle when we observe it. Same matter, behave as the wave when we do not observe it.
Let us apply this principle to an "Apple on your hand" :
Imagine an apple on your hand.
Apple exist as a "Particle" in the definite location in space and time i.e; on your hand, while you are observing. But the same apple not only present on your hand but also spread out through all possible states as a "wave", when you do not observe.
But how this can be possible? How can something that appears to be a solid, have the ability to be something non solid at the same time? How can something that has a definite location in space and time, also exist and spread out over a large regional space?
Well !! The answer is "CONSCIOUSNESS".
What is consciousness?
The physical world seen by us is not actually a reality.
The true nature of reality is pure potential with infinite possibilities and infinite creativity. This true reality has no beginning as well as no ending. It does not exist in "Space and Time". Rather "Space and Time" itself exist within it. And this is what we called as consciousness.
Our own existence and the existence of everything we see around us is dependent on the idea of the consciousness. This consciousness, governs, conceives, constructs and becomes the whole universe.
Our experience as "Beings" within the universe is a continual activity within the "Consciousness".
What we experience as images, sensations, thoughts, emotions and feelings are all qualities of consciousness. This implies that the Mind takes birth because of Consciousness and its all qualities that exist is our true identity.
It is impossible to know both an electron speed/velocity and location together at the same time. As soon as electrons speed is measured, it does not have a well defined location in the space. And as soon as the electron location is measured, it does not have a well defined velocity/speed.
"What we observe is not the nature itself, but it is the nature exposed to our method of questioning."
Hence, Quantum Physics now stumbles on the same fact said by the great masters years ago that " Reality is the projection of the mind, it is defined by the state of mind that is observing it and does not exist without the mind that defines it ".
What is Emptiness?
According to Buddhism:
It was said by the Buddha that "Reality arises from the Emptiness".
Emptiness is the "Nothingness", in which all arises and returns into. It is an infinite source but a non doer.
For instance, the computer you are looking at, the chair you are sitting on and even your body arising in this moment, is from the Emptiness.
For more clarity, think about a dream, in which you are playing with a ball. So, as long as your dream continues, you think that, the ball and you as the separate entities. But after you wake up, you realize that you and a ball in your dream, is the manifestation of your dream consciousness.
Another way of depicting the Emptiness is as a "Page Of The Book".
A page of book without words, can be understood as Emptiness, where the in the page itself there is no message. But we can place an infinite variety of words, sentences and stories up on the page.
Similarly "Emptiness" can be understood as a "Field of Potential" as an "Empty Page", in which "Every Possibility" like "Infinite words, sentences on the empty page" arises from.
According to modern science:
The atoms which are the minute parts of the matter are 99.999999999999% empty space.
Then why do the things appear as solid objects?
The objects, which we consider as solids is just perception of our feeling of sensation. In fact, the feeling of solidity is a repulsion or push of other sets of atoms, like the magnets that repel to each other when the opposite similar sides are put together.
Our hands, feet, fingers, never touch anything in reality. But due to the repulsive force, it gives an illusion of solidity. That means, you are not sitting on the chair rather hovering on it, as the atoms of the chair and your body repel to each other.
Not only our body mostly an empty space but everything we see, experience and interact with us overwhelmingly an empty space.
What actually holds everything together and makes the reality appear as a solid is the "fluctuating energy", but not anything physical.
The "Fluctuating Energy" can be illustrated with the Quantum Field in Quantum Physics :
All the matter arises from the Quantum Field which is an electromagnetic field. The particles that arises from this field, are not separate entities but different forms of the same system.
Just imagine a turbulent ocean as the quantum field, the very tops of the wave crescents continuously fluctuating up and down, are what "Matter" or "Our reality" arise from.
The rest size of the ocean has been just out of our perception. But it still exists as a potential from matter.
So all matter arises and returns from that field, that is a continuous spread up through all space and time. From this field not only the particles we perceive arise but also the very foundation of force through which each and every atom that holds both our cells and universe together arises.
Hence Reality arises from the Emptiness.
Oneness / Inter connectivity:
According to Buddhism:
The idea of oneness in Buddhism is "Everything in the universe is intermittently connected".
Our feeling that we are separate entities, separate from each other and world around us is considered to be an illusion.
The true nature of both our self and reality is the complete unification of "Oneness".
According to Modern Science:
Oneness can be illustrated with a concept "Quantum Entanglement" :
When two particles interact with each other, they become entangled by developing a special connective relationship with one another.
Now when one particles exhibits something then, the other particle will reflect the same trait exactly and instantaneously. No matter how apart they are, across the room or across the entire universe.
Einstein found this so strange and later turned it to "Spooky action at a distance".
Then what made the matter to be entangled?
If we now go back to the point before the
"Big Bang", in which all our space condensed into a smaller than an atom, we realize that, the matter and all the energy we experience right now has and always will be entangled or interconnected.
Quantum entanglement seems to be a point of oneness within the universe.
Nearly 2500 years after the Buddha, the quantum physicists stumble on the same point that "All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force".
"We must assume the existence of a consciousness and intelligent mind behind this force . This mind is the matrix of all matter".
Hence, everything we experience has a single interconnected source.
We exist with an ocean of energy that connects all atoms, that "allows us to make work" to the atoms for the "birth of the star" throughout the universe with the field that, these atoms arise from, spread up through all space and time, and interconnected with.
The quantum field, is the web that connects all energy, matter and existence into a single system.
We experience the world from our subjective point of view. So that we see objects and beings as existing separate from us, which is an illusion. In the end we are all one consciousness, that is all observers, all modes of observation and all objects simultaneously.
I am that, you are that and all this is that and that is "Oneness".
"You are not just a drop off in the ocean, you are a mighty ocean in the drop".
So, the perception according to this world is dual i.e; Material and Non Material, Rational and Intuition, Scientific and Spiritual etc. This dualism is nothing but the two ways of understanding one reality. Or the two sides of one same coin.
That is why the "Same World" appears as a beautiful dreamland to some people, as a horrible land to some people and as a mixed land to some people.
Actually there is nothing in the world. Everything is there in your mind. When your mind is beautiful, it reflects back the same beautiful world to you. If it is horrible then reflects back the same.
"Beautiful Mind creates the Beautiful World"
Once you become aware of the science of your own mind (by understanding and accepting yourself). And can experience the gap between your true Self and your mind (which is possible by certain practices like Pranayam, Yoga and Meditation) , then you will no more be a slave to your mind.
You will become the master of your mind, through which you can understand the beauty of life and create miracles, rather than feeling like an alien on this earth.
This is nothing but Enlightenment.
Once there was a sage, who lives in a cave. One day, while he was doing meditation, suddenly a deer came to him and pleased him that, it would hide in his cave, as it was chased by a hunter to kill. Then the sage pitied its condition and hidden it in his cave.
Later on, after a few hours, the hunter came to to the sage and asked him about the deer. As the sage was a strict believer in "Always tell the truth. Never lie", he told the hunter about the deer.
Because of his truth, the innocent deer was killed by the hunter.
Had the sage done a right thing? If it is not so, then what is the truth?
The verbal truth and untruth are moral and ethical issues, not an existential or life issue.
The real truth and untruth is not in the words you speak, it is in the way you hold your life within you.
Because the nature of the existence or life is to include everything in it.
When the Sun rises, it lights on everyone and everything without discrimination. Whoever opens their eyes towards him can see the light.
Similarly, the life or existence does not discriminate anything, it lights on us with an inclusion of everything. This is the truth.
Once we open our eyes towards the existence or life and become inclusive of everything it gives us, then we touch the truth. If we become prejudiced, then it is untruth. So truth and untruth is not in the words we speak. It is in the way we are.
Truth is the one which always exists, whether we are aware or unaware, like or dislike it.
A litmus test, whether you are in touch with the truth or not:
If there is any kind of suffering in you, then you are not in touch with truth. If you are touched with
truth, then no suffering in you. The depth of your suffering shows how far you are from the truth.

LOVE!!! The word itself is so gracious to pronounce.
So many people even write poetry inspired by the beauty of that feeling.
It is said that, Love is a connection between two hearts and is a beautiful feeling experienced by the two people in it.
Is it really true? Is love a connection between two hearts?
There are many people, especially youngsters, assume that loving someone and gaining the love from their loved ones is life. Because of this, they are ruining the precious time in their life, by over thinking about it or spoiling the whole life, when they are not able to get their loved one's love.
Does the so called word "Love" used by many of the people is an illusion or real?
Difference between Illusion and Reality
Reality is the truth which does not change. It is a raw material out of which everything else manifests.
Illusion is an unreal, which seems to be relatively realistic. It is a byproduct which manifests out of something else.
What is an Illusion Love?
The mind is the creator of an illusion.
It is so because, when the light falls on an object and reflects back in our eyes, we are able to sense that object by seeing.
But we cannot see and sense that light itself with our naked eyes, as it does not create a reflection into our eyes.
So as a result of illusion, the information gathered by our sensory organs, are processed by the mind and creates our inner world. The mind has four functionalities to create and maintain this world.
It is the one, through which the process of interaction happens with the outer world and inputs the sensory impressions and information.
It is the one, which makes cognitive discrimination, decide, judge and differentiate. It determines the wiser one in this dual world.
It is the storage place of the number of deep and hidden impressions.
It provides the identity to the functions and also creates the separation of our feelings like alienation and pain etc.
Let us see how the world created by the mind is responsible for the feeling, LOVE
An impression/image, which already exists or which is going to exist in the Subconscious mind is the base for this feeling. This can be defined in two entities.
Entity One: A person who already consists an image in his/her Sub-Conscious mind.
One's true or real nature is hidden in the sub-conscious mind. Because, it is the one which carries our habits/samskaras as deep impressions and images.
So out of those images in the sub-conscious mind, there are certain images, that he/she cannot perceive in themselves.
Example: If it is a girl, she may have certain images/impressions in her sub-conscious mind regarding male physic looks or the particular masculine qualities. Vice verse, in the case of a boy.
When such a kind of person comes across another person, who matches according to the image in his/her mind, then a magical attraction starts on him/her involuntarily, towards the other person. That magical attraction always demands him/her for that other person's presence.
Just that other person's presence alone makes them feel complete.
Once he/she tastes this completeness, they experience a kind of bliss. So in a struggle to acquire this bliss again and again, they become possessive towards that other person and always expects their company. And also miss them desperately in their absence.
If the image in his/her sub-conscious mind is regarding a physic, then they may experience the magical attraction as Love At First Sight. Or else, if it is regarding qualities, then they may experience the magical attraction, after knowing that person.
Hence according to these kind of people, a feeling which is experienced out of this magical attraction is Love.
Entity Two: A person who is going to create impressions in his/her sub-conscious mind.
One who cannot recognize his/her image/impression in their sub-conscious mind or do not have any of them or do not come across the people in their life, who give life to the image in their sub-conscious mind, voluntarily creates an attraction.
Creating an attraction happens by going behind to fulfill their needs and wants. They can be regarding body or the conscious mind like: status, power, name, fame etc.
So, when such a kind of person comes across another person who can fulfill his/her needs, then he/she tries to connect with that person. This connection is based on expectations like "to give and take" policy.
When this connection takes the next step and slowly transforms into a habituation (Habituation is the one which forms of thinking or doing something again and again), then it gets stored in the sub-conscious mind as impressions or images. Then due to impressions created in the sub-conscious mind, the magical attraction starts. Due to this attraction, they miss that other person and always expects their presence.
Therefore a feeling which happens because of the part of the mind as an attraction is nothing but an illusion. Because the mind itself is an illusion. This feeling happens because of the connection of two minds to feel the completeness. It means they feel that, the other person is a part of them.
Illusion love is out of selfishness, which will be like "Plucking a rose flower, when we see it and gets attracted to its beauty".
We can see many people, who claim that "Love happens only once".
They think so, because they might have involuntarily touched the bliss out of the magical attraction, because of the image already exists in their sub-conscious mind. So it is hard for them to fall into their perception of Love feeling again.
What is the Real Love?
A real love is something which is beyond the mind. It is a feeling which creates when we see the real light, instead of its reflection.
That means, a feeling which creates because of perceiving the person in his/her raw state or soul.
This is the connection between two hearts.
This Love is a divine and not at all possessive, does not expect anything. Where ever the other person can be, it always wishes for that person's wellness. A person who has a real love towards another person live his/her own life and let the same with their loved one too.
This kind of love can be naturally experienced with God and then with parents. That is why, parents are the mortal gods.
Real love is out of kindness and caring, which will be like "Enjoying the beauty of rose by letting it live for a long time without plucking it".
When a person is clear with his/her own nature by understanding their mind, then they can handle the magical attraction created by the mind in a beautiful and balanced way with a perfect track in their life.
They may even lead the magical attraction created by the mind to the real love, to experience an ocean of divinity in it.

A truth seeker is a questioner by nature, as he or she always have a zeal to attain the inner clarity, by understanding and gaining the knowledge.
That zeal is focused on formulating the questions and seeking the answers.
However complex or simple knowledge, the seeker wanted to know, but a good and relevant question will help him or her to grow in the right direction rather than a vague and irrelevant question.
Speed of growth by the quality of questioning
One day a disciple asked his Guru, " Why do bad things happen only to the good people? "
Then his Guru replied, " Your question itself is wrong. How can you expect answers from me? Your question could be like 'What happens when bad things happen to the good people?' and I answer, 'They become better!' "
Our speed of growth is decided not by our intellect, rather by the direction of our intellect.
It is possible for the intellect to dictate the direction, if it knows how to ask the right questions. This is only possible when a real zeal for the inner clarity, is burning in us as a fire. Because, that fire makes us to focus completely on asking or framing the question. That fiery focus obviously makes the question powerful.
Just ask a question to your intellect, "Why all problems for me?" and listen to its answer. Then ask another question to it that "Why I am so lucky?" and listen to its answer.
Now observe the difference and experience the power of a question.
"Questioning is our most important intellectual tool"
Positive attitude by questioning
By questioning "Why this is happening to me?", our intellect takes us in a direction, where we feel sympathy on ourselves. Instead if we question "What can I learn from this?" in the same situation, our intellect takes us to the much more matured levels.
A question, "Why she does not understand me?" makes us to blame others and feel that, some injustice happened to us. Instead, if we question "What can I do to make her understand me?" creates a feeling that the situation is still in our hands. This makes us behave in more motivating and responsible way.
This kind of positive questioning starts in us, when we realize and believe that "We are responsible for everything that happens to us".
Importance of right questioning
If you feel that "you have struck in the same place", "not able to grow in the life, even though you have talent", "again and again facing the same problems", then it indicates crystal clearly that you are not asking the right questions. That is why, you are not letting your intellect to move in the right direction.
Questions like, "What next?", "How can I do the same work with more efficiency?", "What will be the disastrous result?", changes the perception of your life completely.
There is an inner lock present in our intellect. So it will be in a state to answer whatever question it comes across. If it cannot, it tries to get answers somewhere from this whole world. Hence, carefully choose your questions to move your intellect in a constructive way.
Discover yourself and everything with questioning
A person questioned, "Why does apple always fall down only?", then changed the whole world, once he got the answer. In fact all the discoveries and inventions begin with the questions.
Arjuna created a direction to the intellect of Lord Krishna with his questions. Now, we call that as "Bhagawad Gita".
Questions have a great power. The question asked at the right time, can change the direction of our intellect as well as our life.
"Isidor Isaac Rabi", Nobel laureate, recognized in 1944 for his discovery of "Nuclear Magnetic Resonance" said that "My mother made me a scientist unknowingly. Generally every mother asks her child, what he learnt in the school. But my mother always asks me whether I have asked a good question after I come back from the school. This attitude of questioning made me a scientist".
Even though you do not have answers to all your questions, doesn't matter. But having the right questions with you matters a lot. Just ask, you will definitely get answers.

Everyone of you could have experienced the conversation with yourself.
Usually, in this kind of conversation,
a part of the mind (Manas or Conscious Mind) always be questioning and
another part of the mind (Buddhi or Intellect) reply to those questions.
What happens when a same kind of conversation happens in complete silence or meditation?
In such state, another part of the mind (Chitta or Subconscious Mind) questions and something else answers, which is nothing but our own Self or Atman or Soul.
Conversation between the Mind and the Soul
Hi ! How are you? (Smile with pride)
Hi ! I am alone and free (Smile with eternal bliss)
Do you know.. I am so happy with all the attachments and relationships.
All relationships created with attachments exists superficially.
But he is surrounded by thousands of people. He has dear ones who give their precious hug and support him always.
Yes you are right to some extent. But the truth is that, he always feels alone in his deep heart.
Even though he is surrounded by thousands of people, a part of him is always alone. When he hugs his dear one, that part of him remains alone.
Thinking is my nature. Over thinking with great intensity results to the Desires, Desires results to the Attachments and Attachments may result to the Relationships.
With this beautiful cycle, I make him feel complete.
That feeling of completeness exists for less time or may be for few moments. Once those moments over, he again starts his search for completeness.
I can dynamically change to new shapes and nature. So that I make him think that, he is a permanent resident in this world with new desires.
I have come to this earth alone, so as leave this earth alone."Loneliness which belongs to his existence" is my real character. So, I can make him to understand that, he is not a permanent resident here with my stable shape and nature.
I make him to enjoy more and more happiness with desires (Smile with confusion).
If he enjoys the happiness, then definitely sadness must be waiting for him.
In such conditions, I make him detached, to taste the freedom and be stable with an awareness of my knowledge.
So that he understands that all kind of experiences are for his evolution (Smile with eternal bliss).
Why does he face the sadness with attachments and relationships ?
The relationships and attachments formed between my arrival and departure period in him, results others to depend on him or else he depends on the others. This dependency creates the dualism and makes him to struck with that.
Then why should he live in this world and what is the essence of the life ? (Fear)
He can enjoy his life completely when he is "ATTACHED TO DETACHMENT", like a Lotus in the lake (Smile with eternal bliss).
What do you mean? (Anger)
I mean that, he should be in an awareness of you who creates attachments, as well as in me, who detaches. So that, he will be balanced in all the situations without drowning to the lower emotions like fear (Smile with eternal bliss).
How is that possible for him?
It is absolutely possible by practicing the Meditation.
Because, Meditation helps to raise his consciousness, which results to identify me and also be in my awareness to grasp my knowledge.
Great!! How did you gain such a wonderful knowledge? (Anxiety)
I am a part of the GOD, who is the source of knowledge and energy (Smile with eternal bliss).
Is it !!!
Now I understand that "YOU ARE MY GURU". You are here to guide me.
I always be a disciple of you (Smile and tears with Realization).
The truth is that, you cannot handle balance in his life without me. Similarly I cannot handle the same without you. Because of this imbalance, innocent physical body of him pays the result with diseases.
Let us make him ride his bicycle like life in balance, with our mutual understanding and support (Smile with eternal bliss).
Self awareness creates the healthy mind, healthy mind helps to maintain a healthy body. Finally, the healthy body creates the better society by producing the healthy generation.

When the "White color" light falls on the prism, it emits different colors of the light.
Similarly, when the "Consciousness" (which can be compared to the "White Color Light"), combines with the "Soul" (which is compared to the "Prism") in this physical world, it wants to experience "Different facets of life" (which can be compared to "Different colors of light"), through the mind, with the medium called physical body.
When we perceive all the facets of life, according to our mind, we can get aware of the "Source Consciousness" (White Light) and the "Soul" (Prism).
At the same time, there should be control of the mind too.
Because mind becomes a boundary less and makes you as its slave, if you are not aware it.
And such a mind is used for nothing.
Just like a river gives life if it is in its boundaries, if not, such a life giver becomes a threat to the existence.
Hence "Dharma" is the boundary of the human mind and is to be followed by everyone.
The word "Dharma" means to organize one’s life in such a way that individual action is in harmony with interpersonal relationships and with the community, global and local. It includes virtue, morality and righteousness.
Incompleteness in the life because of the mask
There is a general tendency in many people that, they consider anyone (parents or friends etc), as an "ideal personality" and try to imitate or become like them.
Some people even consider the non living people like Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi etc., to do so.
We must definitely have great respect towards their "ideal personality" and that respect must help to inspire and guide us, but not to imitate on the name of the respect or guidance.
It is really a pity that, we can come across many such people, who creates an identity for themselves, which is different from their true desires. Because, they put the mask to their own nature with an ignorance and try to adopt someone else nature.
Those people try to avoid certain facets of life or situations or circumstances, even though they like it. It results to live the incomplete life.
Because they are getting scared of their own shadow, on the name of negativity or weak mind etc. Such people, blame others for the causes and spend their maximum energy to judge others or the situations, in their life.
They struggle a lot internally by cheating themselves and never understand the "beauty and divinity of life".
"You are responsible for everything in your life" - Swami Vivekananda
No spiritual practices like meditation or yoga, helps them, to bring satisfaction in their life, until they accept their life completely, with the understanding and acceptance of their true nature.
What is the TRUE NATURE of a HUMAN ?
A human has three basic qualities or gunas. They are:
These three are not the qualities of the "Self" or "Atman".
"Self" is "identity less" or "nothingness".
They are the qualities of the "Mind".
All the infants up to a certain age are "Sudha Satvik"(which is not the basic quality), as the mind could not have grown in them. They start developing the mind gradually, as they grow up.
That Mind, makes every person unique in this world, because of the "permutations and combinations" of the percentage, of the three basic qualities.
People in the Vedic period
In Vedic period,
All these four categories people were helpful each other for the personal growth as well as the growth of the society and civilization.
All together learn from the "Sudda satvik", how to be "Self centered".
Hence in those days, people lived the complete life, with the uniqueness of their own nature and grown very strongly to reach and experience the "Paramatma" or "Higher self". "Live and let live" with a friendly nature, was in the peak state in that era.
People after the Vedic period
Eventually, as the time moves on, man started tasting the comforts. Due to the over attachment to the comforts, "Mind" started dominating the human. Then the man started craving for the power to control others.
They even, drowned to a such a level of state that, they not even know their own Self.
Intellect with blind belief
Balance in the society shifted to imbalance. Society started loosing its values and dominated by the power.
So that, "Great Masters" had come to this earth, to sort the imbalance to a certain level, by remembering the "Paramatma" or "Higher self" with the "Awakening of self". Their preaching influenced the people till their life time. After they left the physical world, people again moved back to the same state with a new virus called "religion". It affected the people to believe in the others wisdom without their own experience. This blind belief made them to cover themselves with more ignorance.
They use their "intellect" before pursuing their interests. It is really good, if that "intellect" is formed because of "their own experiences". But it eats almost 180 degrees of the life, if the "intellect" is formed with reference to other's experiences.
These kind of intellectual people, do not play the complete game of the life, as they always thinks about the results of an action, scare for the negative and try to avoid or escape from the reality that "positive cannot exist without negative".
Intellect is one of the functionalities of the Mind and its duty is to discriminate.
Hence, such intellect is to be grown with our own experience, not with the blind beliefs.
Example 1: Swami Vivekananda
When "Swami Vivekananda" was a child, he was told by one of his neighbors that "Evil spirits resides on the tamarind tree during the night time. Do not sleep under that tree in the night".
It does not matter for the one, who has no interest in the God or Evil. But it bothered him a lot, as he was very interested to know the subtle realities from his childhood.
So he slept the whole night under the tamarind tree with a great enthusiasm, to catch the Devil, as he believed in his neighbor's words blindly.
But he did not find it. So he ran to his mother with a great grief and explained her everything.
She had taken him in her arms and told him with love that "Always believe in your own experiences. Never and ever believe in anything else".
These words worked as a mantra on him and made him a great Yogi.
"A person who act, according to his own nature is a yogi" - Bhagavat Gita
Example 2:Jiddu Krishnamurthy
Once a well educated man went to the great philosopher, Jiddu Krishnamurthy and asked him that, "I read so many books and gained enough knowledge, but how can I experience them ?"
Then Krishnamurthy replied him that "Just burn out, all your books along with the knowledge gained from it".
Therefore, books and other means are limited to give us guidance. The true knowledge only comes from the own experiences and makes us and our belief system so strong with real wisdom.
We see the world, based on the percentages of three gunas in us and feeds the information in our mind.
Because of getting highly influenced into the "power of ego", some people are not able to identify and accept their own nature.
There will be no more problems or conflicts, once we identify our own nature and accept it.
But getting influenced by the others, makes us ignorant to understand our own nature which leads to fight with our own desires and create a great chaos internally.
Types of people who avoid certain degrees of life
Type 1 : Check list limitation.
Bounding the mind with a wall called "Dharma", is highly wise deed.
But, there are some people, who try to suppress their own desires, as they think that, it is not in their "ideal personality" check list as "Dharma". How foolishness is this!
Always remember that, nothing is sin until and unless, you do not hurt others.
Type 2 : Escapism
There is another kind of people who choose the spiritual path to escape from something in their life.
Type 3 : Wrong understanding of Love
It is really funny that, some people used to claim, "I love God".
They not even know, how to love their neighbors who are existing right beside them, how can they love god, whom they have not seen or even experienced.
It is very easy to love people or something which is not physically present with us. But very tough to love our neighbors. This is so, because they do not know their own true nature.
Types of LOVE: There are three types of Love. They are:
This feeling is experienced, because of the biology of the body i.e; hormones and lasts until the hormones respond in the body towards them.
Once it stops responding, there will be no more a such feeling.
We usually, see this kind of love in teenagers. This can also be called as "Infatuation because of lust".
Because, each and everyone has a unique ego (one of the functions of the mind) and the "blast of that ego", is the reason for all miseries and problems.
So, in such case of the mind match, we experience a kind of security to our ego. This security creates a comfort zone with them, which leads to experience a kind of Love feeling. This feeling lasts, util, your ego is protected.
We usually, see this kind of love between the married couple. They enjoy their marriage journey, with the everlasting love and interest towards each other, by protecting each others ego. This can also be called as "comfort zone created with the mutual understanding".
After experiencing this state, you start seeing "Paramatma" in all the living beings, which is nothing but, you identify yourself with everything.
Such person do selfless service to the Humanity with unconditional love. "Mother Teresa", is one of those people.
This is the absolute, pure, everlasting and unconditional Divine Love.
Once a hooker tried to trap "Swami Vivekananda" for the body pleasure. She tried her maximum, to attract him, by showing many angels of her body parts.
But whatever she did, Vivekananda was able to see "Universal Mother" in her and told her the same.
His words and the power of his true nature, made the hooker to get realized and travel in the Spiritual path.
"A feeling which creates, when we find ourselves in the others is LOVE"
Hence, when we realize our own "Self" and experience it's connection with the "Higher self" or "Paramatma", then we come to know that all living beings are the children of
one source, "Paramatma".
In such state, we naturally start loving everyone and everything, just like we love our siblings naturally. This is nothing but "Loving the God".
Jesus said "Love your neighbor", he did not say "Love me".
Therefore, it is absolutely impossible to experience the "True Love" without accepting the true qualities. That is why there is a saying that "A person who loves himself or herself can love everything and experience the life completely".
A ghost is better than a human, who do not know his or her own nature and live an incomplete life. Because cruelty is its nature and it is experiencing it completely. So its influence is strong on the weak minded man, in some cases.
"Understanding the self" or "Awakening"
"Understanding the self" or "Awakening" means to understand the true nature of one's own mind. There is nothing to understand about the "Self" or "Atman", because its nature is same with you, your neighbor and even with the great masters like Jesus and Krishna.
So understanding the mind leads to get the inner clarity of our own gunas like, what quality is dominating us. And this analysis helps us to grow further.
For instance, if we identify that "Tamo" percentage is dominating compared to rajo and sattva, then we can try to improve it with the existing percentage of rajo, which is one step higher quality to it.
Likewise gradually mind becomes more and more positive and finally paves the path to realize the Self.
Stages after identifying the true nature
Just accept and love your true nature, it automatically leads to all your questions get answered in one or other way and finally creates a connection between your
Fragrance of BHAGAVAD GITA to lead a complete lifeBHAGAVAD GITA
Most of the Yogis and Spiritual Masters must have read "Bhagavad Gita", in the early stages of their life.
Because, "Bhagavad Gita" is not a book which belongs to a certain religion.
Bhagavad Gita, is a book which shows the way, to lead a complete 360 degrees of life, according to our true nature to grow naturally, by creating a boundary to our mind with "Dharma".
In this book, "Lord Krishna" replicates the "Self", "Arjuna" replicates the "Higher-Mind", Duryodhana replicates the "Lower-Mind".
And the "Final Battle" replicates the "Life".
The drama in this book consists of many and many characters, but every character behaves in their own unique way.
Never think that "mind" is our enemy. In fact it is our friend, if we can understand and utilize it properly.
It was said by one of the great yogi that "Dustbin has its own purpose, if we know how to utilize it. Same with the case of mind".
So we can utilize it as a tool to enjoy the beautiful complete life and realize the Self or Atman, with our own experience, if we know how to use it.
Hence, accept and enjoy all colors of life, to experience the 360 degrees of it, which leads to gain the knowledge of the "White" Light (the source), to reach the "Higher Self" or "Paramatma".

There is an invisible ingredient in the things we do and create. That produces the profound uniqueness, and makes us realize the difference between the mechanical activity and the lively activity, with the feelings like ordinary, good or extraordinary.
Cutting a lemon into two pieces, squeezing its juice into a glass, adding a pinch of salt and required amount of sugar, and finally pouring water into it, is the way to prepare the lemon juice.
This is the most simple recipe.
But no two people can prepare it with exactly the same taste, even though they prepare with the same quality and quantity of the ingredients.
That means, apart from the regular ingredients, there is something else, which brings the uniqueness to the recipe but we can't see with our naked eyes.
The invisible ingredient is nothing but 100% passion towards the work with the flavors of love, faith and affection.
The qualities like devotion and faith are not to be hidden in the prayers and holy places.
It must be shown in each and every work we do.
When we give something to the others, we usually give what we have and we can. But including the "passion with faith and devotion" with it, makes us to dedicate our own-self.
The work, done with this eternal and invisible ingredient transforms it, to the prayer.
"Qualities like concentration, happiness and love leads to the passion, faith and devotion"
Feeling tired in the work indicates the lack of passion towards the work being done.
When we begin the work with adoration, then we realize that the nature has not prepared a man, to get tired in the work involuntarily.
A person, who do not know the tiered feeling, is the one who do each and every work with his or her passion and devotion, and perceives it like a prayer, which leads to unite ourselves with work.
Hence do work, with passion and devotion to feel the divinity in the work, otherwise do not do.
But never try to do in between those two points. Because there must be, definitely a difference between the work done by the human and a robot.

Lord Krishna is the unique and significant person in the history. He is the most essential personality in the future and present than the past.
In the whole history, Krishna is the only one who accepted and loved the life in all aspects completely.
Lord Krishna is the only one, who accepted the life completely on this earth.
He did not believe in living on the earth for the sake of another world or another life. He always believed in "living in the present moment", on this earth. He is the one with highest affirmative towards life.
Many great masters apart from Krishna, explained the beauty of some other worlds and had set things like attaining liberation is the man's goal on the earth.
Because, in their life time, life on the earth was full of misery and pain which was very hard and impossible to live on the earth.
"Freedom" for the other great masters lies, somewhere beyond this world and time, whereas Krishna's "Freedom" is now and here. He received and accepted the life unconditionally than any other enlightened soul.
He has shown how to accept the life as it is and enjoy its beauty by being pure, with the concept called "Attachment With Detachment". As a symbol of that, he has worn peacock feather on the top of his crown.
The essence of Krishna
Krishna is a naughty and restrained child, a good prankster, charming flute player, a dancer with amazing grace, a most romantic lover, a successful conqueror of his opponents, a man who broken the heart in every home out of love, a great diplomat, wise, good friend, king, gentleman and most importantly a yogi.
"If the divine has to enter and manifest itself within you, you need an empty space".
Krishna has been perceived, seen, experienced and understood in various ways by various people.
Radhe (Krishna's childhood lover):
"Krishna is with me and always with me whenever or whoever he is, still with me".
Duryodhana (One of the main characters of the great epic Mahabharata):
"Krishna is a rogue with a smile on his face, as of anyone else. He eat, drink, sing , dance, make love, fight, gossip with old people and playing with children. He is not at all a God".
Shikandin ( who tortured within himself right from the childhood because of certain situation):
"Even though Krishna never gave me any hope, he is there and the breeze of the hope touches everyone".
Various people saw various facets of his existence. For some people, He is God, for some He is a rogue, for some He is a lover, for some He is the fighter, for some He is a son.
If we want to experience the essence of his consciousness, we need to be playful, which means the most happiest and the most serious aspects of the life is to be explored playfully.
In that playfulness with one's own life, Krishna exists.
Not knowing how to be playful is the major reason, for not understanding the most deepest and inner essence of the life by many people.
How to explore the life in a playful path?
To explore the playful path of life like Lord Krishna:
The flute in His hands is the symbol of life and playing the flute is the playfulness with the life on this earth. He looks so lively with beautifully dressed, standing in a dancing posture with a flute in his hands and smile on his lips. It looks like He may sing at any moment.
He has shown the beauty of life in the way of tremendous joy.
